On The ‘Spot’ Dog Training Group Classes are a great place for guardians to learn to train their dogs and have the economic benefit of a group setting. Dogs have the opportunity for socialization with new people and new dogs while learning to listen and obey in a distracting environment. Our training is family focused so bring the kids!
This class is the place to start with group class training. Join other pet guardians and their dogs as we teach you how to train your dog to: pay attention, not jump up on people, sit, stay, come, down, loose leash walking, drop it and leave it. This 6-week course is open to dogs 9 weeks to 9 years old and costs $99.

After completing Level 1, join us for Level 2 where you will learn how to attain more reliable behaviors from dog. In this course, we take the skills taught in the previous course and build on them by adding duration, distraction and distance. This is a 6-week course.

Once Level 2 skills are grasped, it’s time to enroll in Level 3. During this class we put strong emphasis on mastering key skills such as loose leash walking, stays and polite greetings. Rally Obedience Skills are also introduced. This is a 6-week course.

Learn how to teach your dog the 10 skills required to pass the CGC TEST. Once your dog can pass the test, he/she will be a proven, welcomed and well-behaved partner of the community. Skills include: walking on a loose leash through a crowd, greeting a friendly stranger and their dog, stay, come, sitting politely for petting, walking , grooming, handling and more.

Help your dog master public etiquette by participating in this course. Prepare for a new adventure each week as we meet at various public locations to practice good manners in real world situations. Visits are made to a variety of parks and dog friendly businesses. There is nothing like “real world” experience! Prerequisite for Outdoor Adventures is Foundations Level 1. This is a 6-week course.

You’ll learn how to teach your dog to: shake, rollover, wipe your paws, play peek-a-boo and much more. Performing tricks is a great energy outlet for your dog while improving his behavior and your control. This is a 4-week course.

Designed to help dogs that lunge, growl, snap or bark at other dogs, this class will train your pet to become more comfortable and less reactive using gentle, positive techniques.
